We had a great experience staying at a hotel conveniently located near a shopping center. the room was clean and spacious, providing us with a comfortable stay. the bathroom facilities were well-maintained and the service was attentive. the breakfast offered a variety of tasty options to start our day. the hotel also had a beautiful view of the city skyline, adding to the overall ambiance.

The front desk staff could have been more experienced and helpful in assisting guests with their needs.

situated just nxt to a McDonald restaurant which make me very convenient because I dont eat local China food.

The room is old, dirty, torn and extremely smelly. The carpet is extremely dirty and the wall paper look horrible that I thought the room is haunted. I request to change the room, but the staff claimed that it is fully booked. I am seriously disappointed. Anyone, please do not stay in this hotel even though it's cheap because it's horrible.

Spent Christmas at a hotel that had a great location, only a short walk from the main shopping district. The hotel offered a complimentary breakfast which included a variety of foods. The room was quite spacious with a view of the city.

The hotel was not what we were expecting and the cleanliness really let it down. The carpet was stained, the bathroom was dirty and the bathtub was rusty.

the hotel is very bad there is no heating system; not clean also nothing hapen but i do not feel safe in this hotel acc. to my view this hotel should be classfied as hostel no more.

The one problem was that the beds are very hard - & I mean like a plank of wood under the sheet. But prehaps it was good for my back & definitely better than a soft bed with the mattress caving in in the middle.

You should stop working with this hotel. It is a real fraud. After fighting with the hotel staff we got a decent room.

The Temp Staff for 8 storeys the lady staff is very good staff. But, The counter staff is very bad, not smile, very bad management.much sent to training.

No availibilty with staff who spoke English except for the Manager . Would have like to see an English Map for the surroundings Some info what to see about the area.

Photos on the site did not meet with reality. The bed was small in length, dangled his legs. The room is old, you must update the furniture, sanitary ware, bathroom mirror. Very noisy ventilation. The air in the room damp and musty.
